The Race, Community and Child Welfare Project seeks to reduce the overrepresentation of youth of color in out-of-home care due to abuse or neglect. The project is a collaboration between the Kentucky Department for Community Based Services, Casey Family Programs, and Kentucky Youth Advocates.
