Kenton County

Kenton County is in the position to implement practices to reform its management, organization, and services in order to address disproportionality in Northern Kentucky.  As an overall plan is designed, the Cabinet is reviewing system-wide policies and practices, has met with Family Court judges to discuss out of home care placement of youth, and will be providing professional development to the local school districts to increase knowledge and sensitivity to the different racial and ethnic groups as related to disproportionality and reporting methods.
